For over a decade now when I work out I would get headaches. The more intense the workout the worse the headache. I have grown fond of i.b. profin. But I got to the point where I could muster maybe a workout a week or two. Pair that with hurting my back at the gym 5 years ago, so I couldn’t use free weights without hurting my lower back. So I have been doing pushups and pull ups here and there, and every once in a while hit the gym then remember how bad headaches hurt. Well a few weeks back i went to True Health Chiropractic and Massage and took advantage of an xray deal they have. After finding out my spine was twisted on the bottom and off kilter on the top I started some treatments there. After 2 weeks, I hit the gym this week. I was able to lift heavy free weights, including deadlifts. And no headaches and no lower back issues! I’m thrilled, I didn’t actually figure they could stop that stuff. I can finally start working out like I would like without pain and injury!!!

I am biased, because I work here, but the level of care that Dr. Hillman and Dr. Mills give their Patients and their Team is phenomenal! They take their time and really care about what is going on and what they can do to help each and every person that walks in the door. I feel blessed to work here. We have a beautiful office, fantastic doctors, and an amazing Team of Massage Therapist. We all work very hard to make sure you get the best care possible, because you and your health deserve it!

We very much appreciate Dr. Hillman’s care and his wonderful staff in his lovely new location at 127 N Williamsburg Drive in Bloomington. Dr. Hillman has helped not only me, but my parents as well as my son. I used to have daily lower back pain, but with Dr. Hilllman’s chiropractic care I am now pain free and can do the things I love to do!!

After receiving corrective treatment 30+ years ago for tension headaches & neck pain, I have maintained a monthly adjustment schedule. The last few years, my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hillman, & we are both fans of the Pulstar technology. Dr. Hillman is very approachable & his staff is warm and welcoming. The new office is beautiful with calming effects from the decor & zen-like quiet background music. Seldom do I wait for my adjustment, but even then I don’t mind waiting in the calming atmosphere. I have not had a massage in the new office yet, but it’s on my “to-do” list.

I was a patient of Dr. Hillman at his previous practice and have followed him to his new practice he has opened on his own. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Hillman is extremely knowledgable and gets me pain free very quickly. I get in and out and time is a priority.

Dr. Hillman and Dr. Mills together have a vast array of Chiropractic and Pain Management knowledge. They both use the Pulstar adjusting tool which allows them make very refined adjustments with the correct pressure. The tool pinpoints where the pressure needs to be applied in order to correct spinal position by comparing it to a “normal” curvature in the spine (from research). Dr. Hillman sees a lot of patients every day and cares about every one of them. Mary, the office manager, has been working with Dr. Hillman for 10+ years! She is fantastic and handles all of the insurance and patient check-ins. I am a massage therapist for True Health (2 years-with Dr. Hillman at his previous offices) and have loved every second of it. I love being able to help clients reduce tension in their affected muscles and provide them with some relief. I have been seeing Dr. Hillman for 15 years. Love his staff and work ethic. Great chiropractor with a sensible outlook. I also use the massage services they provide, and have loved all my massage therapists. I have recommended him to many of my friends, and they have all started using him as well.

Pulled my back a few days before I went for a massage. I left with much more flexibility and a whole lot less tension.
They claim 1 hour full massage, which is absolutely true. Other places I’ve been to offered 1 hour massage, but 10 minutes of it was spent getting prepared for the massage itself. They also offer a cheaper rate if you’re a first time customer which was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for any massage needs. I didn’t catch the name of the young lady massaging me, but she definitely knew what she was doing and made me feel very welcome.
